Keep rack locations safe and usable, restacking or up righting any tipped pallets in racking. Always maintain safety requirements such as wearing fall protection harness. Collect supplied for Dry Warehouse when they arrive via postal or common carrier delivery. Collect, sort and organize pallets from Dry Warehouse placing damaged pallets in pallet recycling trailer. Monitor the availability, condition and usage of plastic pallets to ensure that product is not setup on plastic pallets too far in advance. When return to stock product is received in the warehouse minimize the number of plastic pallets that are returned to the racks. Place all damaged plastic pallets out of service. Safely transfer pallets from wood to plastic using the Pallet Transfer System and/or forklifts Be certified on safe operation of all Material Handling Equipment. Shift: Sunday- Thursday, 2pm till conplete Work Location: This position will be based at a brand new facility coming soon, located at 1200 Cassville White Rd., White, GA 30184 Training: New hires, for up to 60 days, will be required to attend orientation and train on equipment at our Atlanta warehouse. Our Atlanta address: 4820 N Church Ln SE Atlanta, GA 30339. Position Purpose: Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. Primary Responsibilities: The Warehouse Person moves and tracks all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse. Offloads, stocks, selects, and replenishes products. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Receives all inbound merchandise and locate proper pick location. Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection. Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands. Maintains a high level of attention to detail by ensuring that proper attention is given to all areas including, but not limited to; balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other areas as assigned. Transfers merchandise from the receiving area to it appropriate location. Consolidates merchandise into picking containers as necessary. Packs products securely in cartons and totes. Ensures application of shipping ID and mark cartons/totes with truck run and stop number. Ensures safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse. Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes. Pulls orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list. Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Performs end of shift tasks such as: charging power equipment and verifying completed work. Maintains orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations. Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent. 6+ months of Electric Pallet Jack experience. Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position. Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift. Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift. Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry. Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation. Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of warehouse and/or distribution work experience. Foodservice distribution or related industry experience. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Successfully handle and deliver packages on time

· Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle; follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies

· Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions

· Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations

· Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed

· Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members

· Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle

· Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years old

· Must have valid driver’s license

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening

· Must have a clean motor vehicle report. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)

· Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
