Communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments and leadership. Store, pick, package and issue material. Create, edit, and monitor orders requested using WMS system and fulfill within 24 hours. Restock and rotate material using FIFO (first in first out) processes. Update team on material shortages. Receives CPE returns and moves thru the various refurbishing statuses including cannibalization when appropriate. Occasionally provides pickup, delivery, and loading/unloading of CPE, materials, and equipment by safely operating fleet vehicles. Full physical counts and recurring cycle counts. Manually loads and unloads deliveries and daily pick-ups. Schedule pickups with freight carriers. Inform contacts of order status. Report submissions. Warehouse organization and cleaning. Continued education and training of WMS system. Ensure that regulatory compliance requirements are met. Address and resolve any shipment or delivery errors. Document errors before signing and returning carrier copy. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Minimum of two years of related work experience preferred (e.g. warehouse operations and inventory management, customer service) Excellent oral and written communications skills internally and customer-facing. Capability to safely and skillfully operate a pallet jack, forklift, hand trucks and any other warehouse equipment Experience using an inventory management software, NetSuite preferred Strong time management, attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving and prioritization capabilities. Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Experience with NetSuite and RF Smart software preferred.   • Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles.
  • Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.

Requirements for our Janitorial Crew Member Positions: 

  • Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds  
  • Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift    
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours   
  • Background Check and Drug Test Required
