Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,900 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Toronto, Guadalajara, Dallas, and Paris.
We’re looking for a contract-to-hireWarehouse Inventory Technicianto join our Warehouse team to help us meet our inventory tracking goals as our supply needs grow. You’ll work with our procurement, quality, and operations teams to bring our warehousing strategies to the next level!
This role is based out of our Santa Ana, CA headquarters and will report to the Warehouse Manager. Please note that this is a contract-to-hire assignment.
What You’ll Do:
Receive deliveries from suppliers, verify quantities, part numbers, and part descriptions
Pull parts for production floor and verify quantities, part numbers, and part descriptions
Identify inventory discrepancies and notify purchasing team
Responsible for bi-weekly physical inventory counts
Track inventory receipts, transfers, and depletions
Record inventory data for purchasing and quality control needs
Move inventory both within warehouse and to production floor
Driving to/from multiple warehouses and production locations
Organization/cleaning of the warehouse
Assist with receiving and delivering packages to various departments.
Move boxes, pallets, equipment, and other items as needed

Physical Requirements:
Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.
Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.
Exposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise, which may include noise from forklifts, injection presses, or other machinery.
Hand Use: Power gripping when using low-precision, high-impact hand tools that require significant force, such as hammer drills and torque wrenches.
Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Temperature and Humidity: Occasional exposure to warehouse environments without heating or cooling with fluctuations in temperatures and humidity.
Walking: Ability to walk for long periods.
Hourly Range: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this contract assignmen is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
