Responsibilities Perform basic administrative/physical tasks involved in receiving indirect/expense materials destined for the Gilead sites: Coordinate receipt documentation; Oracle using MSCA or desktop application; Physical movement and/or delivery of goods; Email communication with vendor/carrier to resolve issues; Forklift operation Perform Oracle transactions associated with receipt of all indirect/expense materials through internal computer systems, including troubleshooting to rectify issues, which could affect Gilead timelines Perform physical tasks involved in supporting the receipt of raw materials and components destined for the Gilead operations Notify relevant departments as items are received Support the physical exam of incoming shipments, products, or samples to ensure they meet specifications and match paperwork Identify and record deviations and escalate to supervisor to ensure on-time delivery of material and return of rejected or unsuitable orders Take independent action to ensure on-time delivery of material, and initiates action for return of rejected or unsuitable orders Coordinate with internal departments for quick and accurate distribution of indirect/expense materials Adhere consistently to SOPs and cGMPs Comply with all safety related procedures and practices Comfortable working on routine tasks and proactively communicating progress of workload Picking/pulling material based on Oracle Pick List Preparing Shipment for Verification from Gilead FTE Packing Products per SOPs Support FedEx/UPS during pick up/scanning Palletize, V-Board and Shrink wrap outbound shipments End of Day Inventory checks Load trailers Perform transactions associated with distribution processes through internal and external computer systems, including troubleshooting to rectify issues, which could affect Gilead timelines Qualifications Required to have valid Driver's license Completed all safety and task training certifications High school diploma/ GED Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred Shift: Monday- Friday 7:00 am- 3:30 pm Compensation: $22.00 -$24.00 per hour SBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal-opportunity workplaces. Job Description

Leeco Steel is a leading supplier of steel plate from the premier mills worldwide. Due to our continued growth we are seeking an additional Warehouse worker for our Portage, IN location. Previous experience operating an overhead crane is preferred. This is a second shift position.

Job Purpose:

Controls warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of steel from receiving to warehouse to shipping. Mo

Duties:

  • Receives orders, loads and process steel distribution.
  • Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location database.
  • Prepares product for shipment by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; resolving problems.
  • Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries.
  • Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.
  • Monitors inventory by completing counts as required.
  • Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Report on excel spreadsheets.
