Perform basic to advanced electrical troubleshooting. Conduct rigging and relocation of heavy equipment. Support and train Facilities Worker Level 1 team members. Maintain familiarity with all PCI buildings and grounds. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Required Qualifications: Recognized technical and mechanical education/training. Official forklift training/permit. Basic locksmithing skills, including key making. Welding training and ability. Strong understanding of: HVAC, chilled/hot water, compressed air, and clean air systems Electrical power systems supporting facility equipment Ability to troubleshoot systems to the major component level. Experience with ASRS systems and preventive maintenance. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills.   • Act as a liaison for corporate communications (Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Operations, Merchants)

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receiving / Shipping – Processing HUB, 3rd -party deliveries, Transfers
  • Maintain an organized stockroom/off-site area
  • Understand and comply with all company policy, procedures and operations
  • Maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the store
  • Recognize problems, analyze causes, generate alternatives and solutions
  • Manage all controllable expenses, including the allocation of payroll
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring warehouse associates who have strong presentation and communication skills representative of the Tommy Hilfiger image
  • Develop all associates to be knowledgeable in areas of product, operations, sales and growth within the company
  • Motivate and develop support staff to meet store /warehouse goals and objectives
  • Demonstrate teamwork within store, warehouse, and company and ensure that staff is treated professionally, respectfully and courteously

MERCHANDISING RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze and react to the needs of the business, identify top sellers, slow sellers and fulfillment of merchandising strategy
  • Have thorough knowledge of warehouse and stockroom organization / systems
VISUAL PRESENTATION
  • Maintain warehouse appearance to reflect division standard
  • Replenish merchandise on a timely basis
  • Have knowledge of the store merchandise
  • Keep management informed of all merchandise-related issues
  • Executes markdowns and re-merchandise as needed
  • Maintain warehouse organization merchandise/fixtures/hardware/general cleanliness
Pay Range:$19.00-$23.00PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
