Apply Job Type Full-time Description PURPOSE: This is a more advanced position that covers a broader range of warehouse functions, including, but not limited to: maintain inventory levels; issues material to shop floor, loads/unloads shipments; ships/packs goods, receives and records incoming material and material handling tasks. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Under established protocols and procedures and working with minimal supervision, the following tasks may be performed: Reads picklist and issues materials to proper work areas. Checks inventory on the computer and finds location of proper stock. Inputs receipts into the computer. Checks shipping orders to assure proper material is shipped to right vendor. Loads and unloads trucks and prepares material for shipment. Operates order picker. Counts, weighs and records number of units of material moved. Labels materials for shipment.
