Job Description STARTING WAGE: 22.63 This position reports to the distribution supervisor. Responsibilities include coordinating load assignments, hourly task assignment, order release, inventory reconciliation and verification, truck driver door assignments, truck releasing, paperwork flow, and other warehouse and clerical responsibilities. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Specific Duties: Release orders to ensure job tasks are available for all warehouse employees at all time using Matrics . Monitor workflow through task queues to ensure timely completion of all warehouse activities. Ensure a proper balance of the number of employees assigned to each warehouse function. Ensure that all dock doors are used to maximum efficiency for loading and unloading trailers. Ensure that the line receiving process takes a high priority and all tasks are monitored to prevent downtime. Monitor critical receipt process; prioritize unloading to accommodate critical outbound needs. Prepare load plans as necessary in the system for all outbound loads. Print and process all outbound paperwork for all outbound loads ensuring that proper weights and quantities are reflected on the paperwork. Accept order corrections in the MATRICS system only after instructed by the responsible CSR or Warehouse Supervisor. Ensure efficient use of staging locations in relation to the shipping dock. Troubleshoot inventory and MATRICS/systems issues. Maintain constant communications with truck drivers on the status of their inbound or outbound load. Maintain a written log of all inbound and outbound shipments and receipts every day. Ensure accurate logging in MATRICS of all in-bound and outbound carriers as they arrive. Perform inventory verification tasks when necessary. Assist in training of LTO’s on RF related tasks and provide feedback as appropriate . Perform sanitation responsibilities as needed or . Perform other duties as assigned or . Productivity Responsibility: Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are the low cost, high quality producer. We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Technician to join our contents restoration crew. You’ll help organize materials, manage inventory, and prepare equipment so our teams can respond quickly to jobs involving fire, water, or mold damage.
This is a full-time role working four 10-hour shifts per week, giving you a reliable schedule with an extra day off each week.
