As an Overage, Shortage & Damages Team Member, you will be part of the team that manages the proper disposition of damaged and returned product. You will receive over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse and repack the salvageable product.

  • Shift : 2nd Shift- Monday- Friday

  • Hours- 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

  • Location- 95 North Hatfield Road, Hatfield, MA

You will contribute by:

  • Managing the proper processing of damaged and returned product

  • Receiving over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse to repack what is salvageable

  • Stacking product that cannot be sold to the customers on a pallet, shrink wrapping and loading on a trailer to be shipped to another facility

  • Maintaining record of returned products from inbound trailers

  • Keeping work area clean and sanitary by sweeping and mopping floors and stacking product

  • Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

  • Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

  • Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift

  • Walking various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
