As a Production Support team member, you will play a key role in the organization's efficient operation ensuring that goals are met surrounding safety, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery providing a great customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects and stocks inbound raw materials for production
• Assembles customer orders and packages to specifications as required
• Performs data entry for processed fulfilled orders
• Loads completed order products onto trucks for delivery
• Completes bill of ladings for outbound shipments
• Operates Forklifts, Electric Overhead Cranes and Warehouse Tractor
• Operates Rail Car Mover and moves and unloads rail cars
• Operates shear for sample testing
• Assembles, pallets, and skids per order requirements
• Maintains housekeeping in the work area
• All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Requirements

• 3 years or more experience in warehouse setting preferred
• Able to read a tape measure down to a 1/16th of an inch
• Steel industry background preferred
• Overhead crane experience preferred
• Experience loading & unloading steel products preferred
• Experience with mobile equipment preferred
• Successful pass a skills-based assessment - evaluates your reading, math, inspections & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
