In this role you will be responsible for managing a Team of Warehouse Associates and oversee the day-to-day operations of the department. You will ensure the receiving, storage and restocking of products from suppliers and other sources. Our Minimum Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in distribution required. Valid driver’s license. Ability to obtain and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with State laws. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Our Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Business or similar discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Your Responsibilities Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy. Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences. Replenishes stock and inventory as needed. Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse. Supervises Warehouse Lead Workers or Warehouse Workers to ensure timely reports of products billed to retailers, but not shipped, to insure timely preparation of credit memos. Reports on building security, vehicle security and warehouse loading productivity. Assist Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees. Schedules and oversees warehouse staff. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices. Monitors expenditures; implements corrective actions if needed. Enforces operating instructions and safety policies. Resolves routine equipment issues. Performs other related duties as assigned. Physical Demands Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to twenty-five pounds at times. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Team. In this role you will be responsible for managing a Team of Warehouse Associates and oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.  You will ensure the receiving, storage and restocking of products from suppliers and other sources.

Our Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in distribution required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with State laws.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

  • Associate degree in Business or similar discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
  • Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
  •  Replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
  •  Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
  • Supervises Warehouse Lead Workers or Warehouse Workers to ensure timely reports of products billed to retailers, but not shipped, to insure timely preparation of credit memos.
  • Reports on building security, vehicle security and warehouse loading productivity.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
  • Schedules and oversees warehouse staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
  • Monitors expenditures; implements corrective actions if needed.
  • Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
  • Resolves routine equipment issues.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

        Physical Demands

        • Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
        • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
        • Must be able to lift up to twenty-five pounds at times.
