Position Description: The Regional Distribution Center (RDC) - Warehouse Person's primary duties include prioritizing and picking material to fill orders, loading, and unloading product on delivery trailers/containers and maintaining, handling, and moving the physical inventory within the RDC. He/she loads and unload trailers/containers, keeps facility organized by physical alignment and by allowing sufficient space for overflow. Checks all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy. At Imperial, we sell, distribute, and service General Merchandise, Seasonal Products, and Health/Beauty/Wellness Products to our customers.  As a Selector, you will be responsible for selecting/picking product from our pick lines (located on 3 levels) as required, to fill orders for customers by matching orders and UPC codes. This is done both manually and by using a voice system (Lydia).

  • Reads order and numerical code to determine items to be picked.
  • Confirms order using voice system [Lydia]
  • Places items in totes, banding like items where appropriate.
  • Notifies line starter and stocker of any shortages.
  • Pushes totes down rollers to next order selector.
  • Marks materials with identifying information.
  • Confirm orders upon completion by keying information into the computer database and/or using voice system [Lydia].
  • Meets productivity and accuracy standard.
  • General housekeeping of work area.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

  • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide by 10’s and 100’s.
