We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator experienced in loading heavy loads onto flatbed trailers. The ideal candidate should have strong forklift operation skills and a focus on safety. Schedule: Monday- Friday, 3pm- Finish Pay: $18-$18.50/hr. Essential Responsibilities Operates a forklift to move products and pallets throughout the warehouse to an area safely. Communicate any discrepancies, product issues, or safety issues with the Supervisor. Ensures that product is moved and scanned using a radio frequency scanner to the correct location and confirms product labels are accurate. Maintains a clean and safe area free and clear of any debris. Anticipates the needs of the business, keeping like products together and accessible. Successfully passes all Novo forklift training and operates a forklift following all safety requirements established within Novo. May place standup items into designated areas by hand as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications (Required) Effectively perform all essential functions, including physical requirements Ability to move awkward product lengths and weight. Experience with operating a forklift with a rate rating of 6,500 pounds. Use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and company-approved tools while remaining aware of hazards and maintaining a safe work environment. Basic math, interpersonal/team, and reasoning skills Ability to read, understand, and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions. Must be 18 years of age or older. Flexibility in scheduling - able to work overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment. Assures that all trucks are loaded with proper balance of loads over the rear and front axles in accordance with DOT regulations. Coordinates the loading of each truck to assure that the product does not shift in route or during delivery. Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator experienced in loading heavy loads onto flatbed trailers. The ideal candidate should have strong forklift operation skills and a focus on safety. If you have a proven track record in this area, we encourage you to apply.

We are looking for a Forklift Operator/Loader on our SECOND Shift at our Lakeland, FL warehouse.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 3pm- Finish

Pay: $18-$18.50/hr.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Operates a forklift to move products and pallets throughout the warehouse to an area safely.
  • Communicate any discrepancies, product issues, or safety issues with the Supervisor.
  • Ensures that product is moved and scanned using a radio frequency scanner to the correct location and confirms product labels are accurate.
  • Maintains a clean and safe area free and clear of any debris.
  • Anticipates the needs of the business, keeping like products together and accessible.
  • Successfully passes all Novo forklift training and operates a forklift following all safety requirements established within Novo.
  • May place standup items into designated areas by hand as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

  • Effectively perform all essential functions, including physical requirements
  • Ability to move awkward product lengths and weight.
  • Experience with operating a forklift with a rate rating of 6,500 pounds.
  • Use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and company-approved tools while remaining aware of hazards and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Basic math, interpersonal/team, and reasoning skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Flexibility in scheduling - able to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience operating a forklift primarily with product weights of 2500 lbs. or more.
  • Prior experience lifting wide loads as long as 18 feet.
  • Minimum one year of experience operating a forklift.
  • High School Diploma or GED
