Safety & Teamwork Follow all safety, PPE, and housekeeping standards (5S mindset). Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and (if certified) forklifts safely. Communicate clearly with leads and support continuous improvement. Qualifications 1+ year warehouse, distribution, or stockroom experience preferred. Comfortable with routine cleaning and hands-on organizing throughout the shift. Proven accuracy in order picking; basic math and scanner use required. Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly; stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain). Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
