WSI is currently seeking Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators for its distribution centers. We currently have openings on Rotating 12 hours shifts (day/night). Under general supervision, the Material Handler/Forklift Operator performs a variety of assignments, both technical and clerical, to receive, inspect, store and ship material but not limited to receipt, control, preparation, material distribution, records, and reports. Receives general direction on new assignment aspects and instructions as to how to perform required tasks and results expected. Essential Functions Operates material handling equipment, including conveyor belts to receive, store, and ship material. Performs receiving and shipping inspections and identifies all incoming and outgoing material shipments to determine a) quantity is as ordered b) no damage is apparent, and c) documentation is available as required. Performs physical material inventories to establish, maintain, and document the receipt, shipment and control. Your Day at Lowe's As a Receiver/Stocker, you keep our stores clean and presentable to improve customers' overall shopping experience. You ensure our merchandise is accurately received and replenished by safely unloading merchandise from incoming freight, moving it to the sales floor, and stocking shelves.This role is physically demanding, and to be successful, you will need to understand proper lifting procedures and prepare to move merchandise for most of your shift. Pay Range $21.10 - $25.00 Purpose: As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities will be compiling orders and replenishing and moving merchandise, whether it be on the sales floor or to a customer’s vehicle. Your day will be spent checking inventory and orders, interacting with customers and operating a forklift.
