Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing a team of 20+ employees
  • Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.

  • Position may require extended hours and occasional weekend shifts.
