Inbound Operations
- Schedule and coordinate full truckload (FTL) and container inbound shipments into the distribution center (DC)
- Oversee unloading, receiving, and quality control of inbound shipments with support from lumpers and forklift drivers
- Ensure timely and accurate counting, verification, and palletizing of products according to specifications
- Print packing lists, apply pallet labels, and update product locations in the Navision ERP system
- Enforce quality control standards for all inbound goods
Administrative & Warehouse Support
- Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including packing lists, picking tickets, and bills of lading
- Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff and other departments, handling inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic records related to warehouse operations
- Assist with planning and execution of cycle counts and inventory audits
- Support warehouse staff with repacking, handling, and verifying items as needed
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven experience in warehouse receiving, inventory management, or warehouse administration
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Navision preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs when assisting warehouse staff
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
- Customer service experience (preferred)
