In addition to stocking, this role also assists with receiving inbound shipments and picking products for customer orders as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to support multiple stages of the warehouse process.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately stock and replenish shelves, bins, and storage areas with incoming products, ensuring proper placement and inventory rotation.
  • Assist with receiving inbound shipments, including unloading, inspecting, counting, and verifying products against packing lists or invoices.
  • Support order fulfillment by assisting with order picking and staging products for shipment.
  • Maintain proper labeling, bin assignments, and product organization to ensure efficient retrieval and inventory accuracy.
  • Follow established procedures and use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of warehouse or stocking experience preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Forklift certification.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
