We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Inventory Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's warehouse by accurately processing orders, managing inventory, and facilitating shipping and receiving tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage aerospace parts using pick sheets and work orders.

• Store inventory in designated warehouse locations.

• Use RF scanners and WMS systems to track inventory.

• Receive shipments and verify parts, quantities, and documentation.

• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Label, package, and store parts according to quality standards.

• Verify part, serial, and lot numbers for traceability.

• Process inventory receipts, transfers, and shipments.

• Prepare parts and paperwork for outbound shipments.

Skills

• Experience in warehouse distribution and operations is preferred

• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing

• Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and best practices

• Strong knowledge of computer systems including Outlook, Word and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong CSR background is required
