Reports to: Sr. Manager, Northwest Operations Direct Reports: Forklift Drivers, Warehouse Coordinator, Preston Inventory Clerk, Delivery & Waste Water Truck Drivers. Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA facilities 5 days a week Annual Bonus Potential: 10% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets. Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience) Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market. Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance. Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, and Inventory teams to ensure accurate materials flow and production support. Oversee inventory accuracy through daily counts, variance management, and FIFO/FEFO compliance. Support production schedules and minimize downtime by ensuring materials and finished goods are available and organized. Maintain warehouse organization, space utilization, equipment readiness, and order fulfillment accuracy. Serve as the primary point of contact for Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience. Ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases, NAV experience a plus. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Power-user in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Great with PowerPoint, building professional, on-brand presentations. Ability to accommodate overtime, occasionally working other shifts and weekends. Ability to lift and carry 35 lbs. repetitively, as well as to push and pull up to 100 lbs. regularly. Responsibilities 
  • Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion
  • Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping
  • Ensure orders are accurate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Inspect incoming shipments for any damages, defects, or errors 
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED is preferred
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
  • Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
