On a typical day you will: Supervise freight deliveries and schedule daily truck driver deliveries Manage a high number of warehouse products including, but not limited to, parts related to hoisting and rigging Handle the communication and relationships with multiple vendors Supervise the local fleet of company vehicles Manage the storing of inventory and the distribution of PUIs Communicate effectively with service operations managers, open order/repair managers and service managers Handle distribution of partial shipments for any necessary active jobs Lead the distribution and relocation of kits for our construction crews Oversee test-weight inventory, and the distribution of said weight to the required test locations on a weekly basis Conduct inventory control, PPE ordering, shipping/receiving, and tool/equipment management to ensure equipment is up to date and operating properly Properly manage the containment of waste oil and schedule pickups by waste oil vendor to ensure proper disposal and complete documentation in compliance with Otis and State regulations Arrange and deliver parts, equipment or test weights to jobsites Maintain warehouse vehicles and warehouse in safe, proper order What you will need to be successful: High school degree or equivalent required Must have a valid driver's license Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers Lift up to 50 pounds and have a clean driving record Ability to drive F-250 up to a box truck to coordinate and make material deliveries and pick-ups Must be DOT certified to drive a box truck Forklift operation certified Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers. On a typical day you will:

  • Supervise freight deliveries and schedule daily truck driver deliveries
  • Manage a high number of warehouse products including, but not limited to, parts related to hoisting and rigging
  • Handle the communication and relationships with multiple vendors
  • Supervise the local fleet of company vehicles
  • Manage the storing of inventory and the distribution of PUIs
  • Communicate effectively with service operations managers, open order/repair managers and service managers
  • Handle distribution of partial shipments for any necessary active jobs
  • Lead the distribution and relocation of kits for our construction crews
  • Oversee test-weight inventory, and the distribution of said weight to the required test locations on a weekly basis
  • Conduct inventory control, PPE ordering, shipping/receiving, and tool/equipment management to ensure equipment is up to date and operating properly
  • Properly manage the containment of waste oil and schedule pickups by waste oil vendor to ensure proper disposal and complete documentation in compliance with Otis and State regulations
  • Arrange and deliver parts, equipment or test weights to jobsites
  • Maintain warehouse vehicles and warehouse in safe, proper order

What you will need to be successful:

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and have a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive F-250 up to a box truck to coordinate and make material deliveries and pick-ups
  • Must be DOT certified to drive a box truck
  • Forklift operation certified
  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
