The Raw Materials Receiving Warehouse Supervisor must understand the complete workflow of receiving, stocking, and move order processes while leading the team to execute departmental goals. This role involves analyzing and responding to operational demands to ensure excellent customer service, assigning work to employees, and maintaining proper procedures throughout the warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Make decisions based on individual vendor requirements Assign work to and instruct employees on proper receiving, stocking, and move order processes Train, motivate, monitor, and evaluate employee performance Counsel team members on performance excellence or disciplinary issues Interact with employees professionally at all times Lead through a servant leadership mentality and empower others Monitor customer orders to ensure timely completion Analyze raw material inventory procedures and processes Review inventory, receiving, and order pulling discrepancies Research and analyze root causes of issues and implement prevention strategies Lead project teams to maintain inventory, receiving, and bin accuracy Follow the receiving, stocking, and moving order progress Clear job difficulties where practical and report abnormal situations Coordinate vendor shipments and arrange delivery schedules with carriers Maintain working knowledge of all receiving policies and procedures Utilize warehouse management systems with analytical problem-solving abilities Prepare and maintain various forms of documentation Provide clear communication with internal and external stakeholders Resolve receiving, shipping, and order selection issues for raw material inventory Ensure all employees work in safe conditions Verify all safety requirements are being followed Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment Maintain good housekeeping conditions Minimum Qualifications Advanced knowledge of Oracle, Excel, and Word Basic algebra math skills Personal computer aptitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational abilities Ability to multitask and delegate effectively Analytical problem-solving capabilities Servant leadership mentality Willingness to lead and empower others Professional interaction skills Equipment Used: Personal computer RF computer Calculator Copier Personal protective equipment (eye protection and safety shoes) Work Environment: Raw materials warehouse setting Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Regular interaction with vendors, carriers, and internal departments Schedule: 1st Shift Hours: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday with occasional weekends as needed. Job Description

The Raw Materials Receiving Warehouse Supervisor must understand the complete workflow of receiving, stocking, and move order processes while leading the team to execute departmental goals. This role involves analyzing and responding to operational demands to ensure excellent customer service, assigning work to employees, and maintaining proper procedures throughout the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Make decisions based on individual vendor requirements
  • Assign work to and instruct employees on proper receiving, stocking, and move order processes
  • Train, motivate, monitor, and evaluate employee performance
  • Counsel team members on performance excellence or disciplinary issues
  • Interact with employees professionally at all times
  • Lead through a servant leadership mentality and empower others
  • Monitor customer orders to ensure timely completion
  • Analyze raw material inventory procedures and processes
  • Review inventory, receiving, and order pulling discrepancies
  • Research and analyze root causes of issues and implement prevention strategies
  • Lead project teams to maintain inventory, receiving, and bin accuracy
  • Follow the receiving, stocking, and moving order progress
  • Clear job difficulties where practical and report abnormal situations
  • Coordinate vendor shipments and arrange delivery schedules with carriers
  • Maintain working knowledge of all receiving policies and procedures
  • Utilize warehouse management systems with analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Prepare and maintain various forms of documentation
  • Provide clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resolve receiving, shipping, and order selection issues for raw material inventory
  • Ensure all employees work in safe conditions
  • Verify all safety requirements are being followed
  • Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment
  • Maintain good housekeeping conditions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle, Excel, and Word
