Record the correct count and pallet type for input upon completion of the PO. Record shipment data into computer system, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record-keeping purposes. Maintain accurate counts on inbound freight to insure appropriate warehouse storage availability. Assist with maintaining an accurate inventory through cycle/directed counting. Research customer service issues including, but not limited to shortages, overages and damages and recommend appropriate response. Monitor warehouse management system for open invoices. Support the even flow from receiving to shipping and communicate issues and concerns. Identify and monitor high volume and high dollar items during shipping process. Label all pallets to be stocked and verify accuracy of inbound freight received by comparing the purchase order with the bill of lading. Record discrepancies on bill of lading and inform clerk and/or appropriate management of damage and inventory shortages Set up items and slots to ensure maximum efficiency for shipping and receiving. Recognize potential inventory hazards including, but not limited to storage of raw or over cooked product.. Operate current warehouse management system. Utilize necessary technology (e.g., voice, RF gun) to select product. Audit pick/reserve slots and keep rotation of product accurate, as needed. Job Description: JOB PURPOSE: Work with packaging lines providing material needed to operate (bags, pallets, slip sheets, chipboard, etc.) . Transport finished goods from packaging lines to stretch wrap conveyor. Ticket and store finished goods in warehouse. Track production to accurately fulfill customer orders. Scan all materials used during shift . DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Safely operate forklift (Must be able to obtain Alphia certification) accurately and efficiently. Receive finished product from manufacturing lines and ticket by entering computerized inventory system. Received finished product from manufacturing lines and transport to stretch wrapper area for processing. Receive and weigh WIP from manufacturing. Transport bulk totes from warehouse to tote dump station and dump for packaging. Inspect finished product for stack quality, count, and lot code accuracy. Operate Stretch Wrapper, Palletizer, and other warehouse equipment. Responsible for becoming familiar with product ticketing and customer requirements for palletization. Know where to get the information and how to interpret it. Follow FIFO program. Operate computerized inventory system to run necessary reports (production, non-scan, location, receipts, etc.) and enter tickets into the receiving screen. Issue raw ingredients to manufacturing and packaging. Communicate with Packaging Operators on pallet counts to ensure orders are filled correctly. Maintain assigned equipment. Assist in loading trucks with finished products . Follow customer requirements, document process . Documentation may include photos, notes, and other required forms . Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a wide range of auto body parts to collision repair shops
  • Follow routes and time schedules
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
  • Collects payments from customers
  • Able to read and navigate by map, plot routes, and follow delivery instructions
  • Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

 

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Great attitude and personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven work experience as a Delivery Driver
