POSITION SUMMARY

The primary role of the Inventory/Receiving Specialist is to receive, store, and distribute materials in the Wendover warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain warehouse for cleanliness, organization, and flow
  • Stock both inventory and non-inventory items; identify and label all items
  • Ensure items are stored in the proper location corresponding with Ellipse
  • Receive and inspect items from vendors
  • Issue inventory items and deliver items to end-users
  • Perform inventory counts on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis; adjust and reconcile inventory when necessary
  • Prepare reports in Ellipse
  • Maintain supplier information and track credits and items received from multiple purchase orders
  • Assist in accounting reports, audits, and price adjustments
  • Assist in all materials functions, including adding items to inventory and removing obsolete items
  • Comply with all compliance policies, including SOX, and purchasing/receiving protocols
  • Operate forklift and other machinery; load and unload trucks
  • Observe all safety rules
  • Other duties as necessary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
