QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES Any combination equivalent to, but not limited to, the following: Training/Education : A High School Diploma or G.E.D. certificate Experience: Prior restaurant experience is a plus. Ability to: Be able to communicate clearly Work in a fast paced environment Excellent verbal and telephone skills to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with our guests Must be able to assist guests and possess great people skills Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system. Punctuality and reliable attendance is a must. Maintain a clean and safe environment Comply with company standards and directives Physical Requirements/Working Conditions : Will always be standing and constantly lift 10 lbs. Lift bags containing prepared food, up to 25 lbs. from 24” to 36” Carry bowls and plates of food beverages up to 50 ft.
