Tooling & Maintenance Technician- Die Cast Operations
Location: Monticello, MN | Shift: Monday- Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM

As a Tooling & Maintenance Technician in our Die Cast Operations, you'll play a critical role in keeping our production running smoothly by preparing, maintaining, and repairing the tools that shape our high-performance parts. What You'll Do
- Set up and prepare die cast tooling for production, ensuring everything is ready to run at peak performance.
- Diagnose and repair tooling issues, including replacing cores and pins and performing die maintenance.
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate across shifts to communicate tooling changes and updates.
- Assist in die cast equipment setups and support production teams as needed.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe-because quality starts with you.
Job Qualifications & Skills Required
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of machining experience or a two-year machine technology degree preferred.
- Knowledge of CNC equipment, diecast equipment, and maintenance of machines preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset.
Physical & Work Environment
- Lift/move up to 40 lbs frequently.
- Stand, walk, and use hands throughout your shift.
- Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with moderate noise and occasional exposure to chemicals.
- Safety gear provided-your protection is our priority.

- Starting at $27/hr, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
