We're currently seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer who brings 2+years of installation experience, possesses a mix of technical precision, electrical knowledge, strong mechanical aptitude and robust people skills.

Work Hours:

• 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime
• Weekend and Evening on-call rotation

What You'll Do:

• Install and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and components to company standards
• Install gas piping
• Install refrigerant piping
• Test and balance systems
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about service issues and solutions
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems when needed
• Complete service tickets and reports with attention to detail
• Uphold safety standards and company values at all times
• Understand and follow all relevant codes

What You Bring:

• Technological experience to navigate changing smart-home tech and regulations
• Strong mechanical skills with a commitment to quality work
• Methodical, patient, problem-solving mindset
• Clear communication skills with both customers and coworkers
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioners
• Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
• Physical stamina and reliability, being able to carry 100 lbs & maintain a high standard of work ethic
• Proficient at reading electrical diagrams/ blueprints
• General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
• Pre-job and worksite organization
• Honesty and ethics are non-negotiable since we are guest's in people's homes
