Continuously identify and implement program enhancements to improve efficiency, risk transparency, and enterprise compliance maturity. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, operations, technology, or a related discipline. Demonstrated success leading or enhancing issue management or compliance programs within a complex organization. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in dynamic environments. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions. Proficiency with data reporting and visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Compensation The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $82,200 - $118,900. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. About the role:

As Program Lead - Compliance Issue Management, you will oversee and continually strengthen Enova’s Enterprise Issue Management program—driving alignment across business units, enhancing control effectiveness, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in compliance governance. In this role, you’ll serve as a key strategic partner across teams to ensure that Enova’s enterprise issue management framework remains robust, scalable, and aligned with regulatory expectations and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve Enova’s enterprise issue management program, ensuring consistent execution, strong governance, and continuous improvement across business units.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to assess issues, strengthen root cause analysis, track remediation progress, and evaluate execution against SLAs.
  • Advise and influence business leaders and functional partners on issue management best practices, governance, and control design to drive accountability and sustainable outcomes.
  • Partner with technology teams to develop, enhance, and maintain tools and dashboards that improve visibility, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop governance and reporting mechanisms that provide senior and board-level transparency into issue trends, root causes, remediation progress, and overall program health.
  • Design and deliver targeted training and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen organizational capability in issue management and promote proactive compliance.
  • Continuously identify and implement program enhancements to improve efficiency, risk transparency, and enterprise compliance maturity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, operations, technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success leading or enhancing issue management or compliance programs within a complex organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Proficiency with data reporting and visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of issue management frameworks, remediation processes, and control validation practices.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new concepts and challenges.

.Compensation

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $82,200 - $118,900. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown.
