Job Description
Summary:
We are reaching out regarding an exciting opportunity with one of our clients located in Houston, TX. This position requires onsite presence and involves supporting organizational change management initiatives, particularly in IT environments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
- Develop and execute communication and engagement plans.
- Perform training needs analysis and develop training materials.
- Facilitate change adoption and readiness activities.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
- Apply agile change management practices.
- Coordinate projects and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, including 2 3 years supporting IT initiatives.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT change management projects in complex organizations.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies (PROSCI preferred).
