This role will work with multiple Finance and Technology leaders to set the strategy for building out the company's Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to provide a central repository for all Financial related transactions so it can be a reconciled source of truth for processing and the source for Revenue and Expense analytics. The individual in this role will be a key advisor and partner to the Finance Leadership to redesign the way they use their technologies in managing GEICO's business. The Finance Data Specialist is also accountable to support the delivery of technology solutions that will support FP&A Planning/Budgeting, financial reporting, Revenue/Expense Analytics, and the build out of the Finance Data Warehouse to become a reconciled source to allow the GL to become a "thin" ledger.
