Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to support and enhance the organization’s Salesforce CRM, focusing on lead distribution, pipeline management, system enhancements, and report building. This position will also serve as the project coordinator for user support, training, and continuous improvement. Additionally, this role supports day-to-day data operations, including pulling and preparing data lists, executing Salesforce operational requests, performing data quality checks, and ensuring data integrity across CRM, ticketing, and data warehouse systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on with tools like R, SQL, and Excel to manage and transform data efficiently. Key Responsibilities : CRM Operations Support daily Salesforce CRM operations, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and system enhancements. Execute Salesforce operational requests such as user setup, permission updates, and lead assignment adjustments. Maintain data integrity through regular audits, duplicate checks, and validation processes. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and data accuracy. Serve as the first point of contact for user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Reporting & Analytics Maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that connect lead generation, sales pipeline, and revenue performance. Use R scripts, SQL queries, and Excel to pull, clean, and prepare datasets for sales operations and performance reporting. Provide insights to sales leadership through data analysis and visualization. Support recurring reporting needs and automate manual processes wherever possible. Data Operations & Integrations Support day-to-day data operations, including pulling lists, running scripts, and preparing datasets for business use. Collaborate with Data and Technology teams to ensure data consistency between Salesforce, ticketing (e.g., Archtics), and data warehouse systems. Assist with testing, validation, and documentation for new integrations, fields, and data flows. Perform data quality checks and reconcile discrepancies across systems. Testing, Documentation, & Governance Coordinate and deliver Salesforce training sessions to new and existing users. Create user guides, process documentation, and quick reference materials. Partner with sales leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and support rollout of new CRM features. Track feedback from users and communicate enhancement opportunities to the CRM and Data teams. Cross Functional Collaboration & Enablement Contribute to building a culture of data literacy by creating self-service data products that empower stakeholders to explore and analyze data with minimal technical barriers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, data analytics, or related field. Ability to write and execute R scripts or SQL queries, required. Strong analytical skills and understanding of data structures and data quality concepts. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A self-starter mindset with strong curiosity and problem-solving ability. Interest in the sports and live entertainment industry. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity or experience with Salesforce CRM (Preferred). Experience with reporting tools (Salesforce Reports, Power BI, or Tableau), a plus. Leidos has an immediate need for a Scientific Data Visualization Specialist to support the High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) Integrated Technical Services (HITS) task order contract and the Data Analysis and Visualization Center (DAV Center), to perform Data Analysis and/or Visualization activities. All Candidates have an active Top Secret Clearance. The DAV Center: Supports and provides robust interactive data analysis tools (such as ParaView, VisIt and EnSight) which are configured by to run in a client-server mode from HPC systems to local user workstations, and a special home-grown VNC solution called the Secure Remote Desktop. Participates in cross-HPCMP collaborations with customers, contractors, and technology partners, and maintains a working relationship with other government entities such as the Department of Energy to promote and advance data analysis and visualization applications. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelors and ten (10) years or more experience. The candidate should have a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree that included a major field of study in professional engineering, computer engineering, software design, or computer science. Additional years of experience may be substituted to satisfy educational requirements. Familiar with at least one of the following data analysis packages: ParaView, VisIt, EnSight. Scientific visualization, data analysis and high performance computing. Working knowledge of Linux/Unix OS, shell scripting Familiar with HPC workload managers such as PBS, SLURM, or LSF. This role involves conducting compliance reviews of various Apple Bank business units, processes, and products identified in Apple Bank's Compliance Risk Assessment, as well as performing ad hoc reviews as assigned to evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls. The position requires regular interaction with management at all levels throughout the execution of compliance testing reviews. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the internal Business Intelligence Group to generate high-quality data and reports for compliance monitoring and testing purposes; employ data mining techniques and software tools to develop reports that identify areas for further review, including but not limited to account types, activity patterns, transaction volumes and values, and trends. Apply generated reports to facilitate compliance testing and ongoing activity monitoring. Review and monitor areas of concern identified through Compliance Risk Assessment across various business lines, products, and services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant state and federal consumer laws and regulations, including amendments, regulatory guidance, and interpretations; thoroughly review and understand departmental policies and procedures. Conduct compliance testing on business areas and products to evaluate adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Gather data and design/execute control and process tests during regulatory compliance reviews; document procedures performed clearly in comprehensive workpapers, note non-compliance incidents for preliminary discussion with department leadership and stakeholders to validate identified issues. Prepare and draft final reports for internal distribution to stakeholders; assess stakeholder-developed action plans and proposed remediation timelines. Follow up on identified issues to ensure effective implementation of action plans. Apply generated reports for compliance testing and periodic monitoring of activities. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in business or data analytics preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance testing or financial services. Familiarity with consumer protection laws, regulations, or retail banking helpful. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Visa sponsorship not available. Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to support and enhance the organization’s Salesforce CRM, focusing on lead distribution, pipeline management, system enhancements, and report building. This position will also serve as the project coordinator for user support, training, and continuous improvement. Additionally, this role supports day-to-day data operations, including pulling and preparing data lists, executing Salesforce operational requests, performing data quality checks, and ensuring data integrity across CRM, ticketing, and data warehouse systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on with tools like R, SQL, and Excel to manage and transform data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Operations

  • Support daily Salesforce CRM operations, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and system enhancements.

  • Execute Salesforce operational requests such as user setup, permission updates, and lead assignment adjustments.

  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits, duplicate checks, and validation processes.

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and data accuracy.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that connect lead generation, sales pipeline, and revenue performance.

  • Use R scripts, SQL queries, and Excel to pull, clean, and prepare datasets for sales operations and performance reporting.

  • Provide insights to sales leadership through data analysis and visualization.

  • Support recurring reporting needs and automate manual processes wherever possible.

 Data Operations & Integrations

  • Support day-to-day data operations, including pulling lists, running scripts, and preparing datasets for business use.

  • Collaborate with Data and Technology teams to ensure data consistency between Salesforce, ticketing (e.g., Archtics), and data warehouse systems.

  • Assist with testing, validation, and documentation for new integrations, fields, and data flows.

  • Perform data quality checks and reconcile discrepancies across systems.

Testing, Documentation, & Governance

  • Coordinate and deliver Salesforce training sessions to new and existing users.

  • Create user guides, process documentation, and quick reference materials.

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and support rollout of new CRM features.

  • Track feedback from users and communicate enhancement opportunities to the CRM and Data teams.

Cross Functional Collaboration & Enablement

  • Contribute to building a culture of data literacy by creating self-service data products that empower stakeholders to explore and analyze data with minimal technical barriers.  

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, data analytics, or related field.

  • Ability to write and execute R scripts or SQL queries, required.

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of data structures and data quality concepts.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • A self-starter mindset with strong curiosity and problem-solving ability.

  • Interest in the sports and live entertainment industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity or experience with Salesforce CRM (Preferred).

  • Experience with reporting tools (Salesforce Reports, Power BI, or Tableau), a plus.

  • Experience with ticketing databases such as Archtics, a plus.
