We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our efforts in shaping model behavior and enhancing the real-world impact and reliability of our models. You will deeply understand how users, developers, and enterprises interact with our models and products, uncovering key usage patterns, pain points, and areas where model behavior falls short. You will identify gaps and translate them into clear opportunities for improvement, while leading the development of rigorous evaluation frameworks that combine online signals (A/B tests, telemetry) with offline assessments, quantitative metrics, automated evaluations, curated query sets, and targeted human review. Working closely with research, product, and forward-deployed engineering teams, you will drive fast-paced, data-driven iteration to ensure the product and underlying models evolve quickly and reliably to meet real-world needs. This role involves close collaboration with fellow product managers, the science organization, GTM, and cross-functional teams across the company

What you will do

  1. Conduct research
  • Engage with our internal business and solution teams, customers and users to gather feedback to understand how our models are used in production or for real world use cases
  • Conduct research around new model capabilities
  • You will dive into prompt generations, model evaluations and unit tests leveraging tools such as synthetic data pipeline, observability….
  1. Product Vision and Strategy
  • Define and champion the vision and roadmap for our LLM model behavior
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (science, GTM, product) to make sure our science strategy aligns with business objectives.
