Participate in the development and leading initiatives in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities in collaboration with ICS business unit leaders and corporate M&A team. Participate in governance and monitoring of execution of the business development initiatives to ensure business performance and compliance. Perform financial feasibility studies and recommend new business opportunities Participate in identifying, developing and leading new market, product and growth opportunities in conjunction with the ICS management team and business unit leaders. Identify market, client and industry trends that impact the ICS growth plans and recommend solutions. Identify and qualify attractive market segments, adjacencies to invest for growth Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders across business units, corporate functions to support alignment of ICS strategies. Organize, create and present ideas in an effective, concise way to all levels of management, including C-Suite level. Requirements: Strategy management consulting work experience in an intense work environment ideally gained in leadership positions with increasing responsibility within a blue-chip consulting firm or in strategy / corporate development roles in the technology sector. Experience in the financial services / fintech sector in the institutional segments of the business, especially in the outsourced platform / services sector is a plus. Experience in a fast-paced setting; enthusiastic about the potential strategic options facing Broadridge, and ability to drive initiatives hands-on while rallying the necessary support and resources. Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization where working across boundaries, developing strong organizational relationships, and leading through influence are keys to success. Who You Are & the Impact You Will Have: The Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction) is primarily responsible for leading and managing the design, preconstruction and construction activities on a given project(s). Continuously update a campus master plan to provide predictable statistics in a dynamic environment Write scopes of work for design, construction, commissioning services & participate in procurement and project cost estimates Evaluate and level pricing proposals for design, construction, and commissioning services Work closely with strategic procurement team on equipment procurement and delivery process Ensure appropriate submittals are coordinated with site stakeholders Monitor & create project budget / cost-to-date against overall project budget. The Head of Strategy and Business Development - Funds, Issuer and Data-Driven Solutions is key member of the Investor Communication Solutions (ICS) Group President's Leadership Team and partners directly with leaders within Mutual Fund Regulatory, Retirement and Workplace, Corporate Issuer, and Data & Analytics businesses, as well as ICS Governance and Risk. Responsibilities

  • Participate in creating, leading, implementing and managing short term and long term growth initiatives, with primary focus on revenue generation and profitability, within Funds, Issuer and Data-Driven Solutions.
  • Develop new market initiatives and assess business opportunities.
  • Participate in the development and leading initiatives in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities in collaboration with ICS business unit leaders and corporate M&A team. Participate in governance and monitoring of execution of the business development initiatives to ensure business performance and compliance.
  • Perform financial feasibility studies and recommend new business opportunities
  • Participate in identifying, developing and leading new market, product and growth opportunities in conjunction with the ICS management team and business unit leaders.
  • Identify market, client and industry trends that impact the ICS growth plans and recommend solutions. Identify and qualify attractive market segments, adjacencies to invest for growth
  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders across business units, corporate functions to support alignment of ICS strategies.
  • Organize, create and present ideas in an effective, concise way to all levels of management, including C-Suite level.

Requirements:

  • Strategy management consulting work experience in an intense work environment ideally gained in leadership positions with increasing responsibility within a blue-chip consulting firm or in strategy / corporate development roles in the technology sector.
  • Experience in the financial services / fintech sector in the institutional segments of the business, especially in the outsourced platform / services sector is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced setting; enthusiastic about the potential strategic options facing Broadridge, and ability to drive initiatives hands-on while rallying the necessary support and resources.
  • Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization where working across boundaries, developing strong organizational relationships, and leading through influence are keys to success. Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must.
  • Excellent academic background; undergraduate degree coupled with graduate degree in business from a top-ranked university.
  • A passion for technology entrepreneurship, innovation, lean start-up principles, digital content, AI and big data would be a big plus.

Salary range $280,000.00- $300,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
