The Data Science and Engineering team builds Asana’s core data pipelines and tools, and partners with teams throughout the company to drive key product and business decisions with metrics, experiments, and predictive models. Reporting directly to the Dean, this role plays a critical part in advancing our teaching, research, and student success mission. The Associate Dean works closely with faculty, staff, and program directors to support curriculum development, faculty affairs, student advising, and school operations. This position also serves as a key liaison with university offices and represents the School when the Dean is unavailable. Please note there is a separate band for those in the San Francisco / Bay Area. For those outside the United States, there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions.. In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis. The Senior Manager, Member-Centric Analytics works with stakeholders to formulate, gauge, and prioritize business use cases by designing experiments, predictive/prescriptive models on large-scale datasets to address them.
