Job Overview:

LPL's Enterprise Data Warehousing team is working to build enhanced data and insights capabilities by transforming them into Cloud applications. We are looking for a technical leader to drive the implementation and adoption of Cloud warehouses across multiple applications. This is a very hands-on role and will be working with a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, enhancement, and cloud migration of the enterprise Data Warehouse, ensuring alignment with business goals and data governance.

  • Manage full lifecycle delivery from requirements gathering to production deployment across on-premise and cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS).

  • Architect scalable cloud data solutions using Snowflake, DBT, and AWS-native services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Airflow).

  • Implement ELT/ETL pipelines using tools like DBT.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor onshore and offshore development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Act as a technical escalation point, resolving issues and proposing alternative solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in database application delivery and optimization, with deep expertise in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Oversee release management and post-production support to ensure smooth transitions and minimal business disruption.

  • Lead application migration efforts to cloud-based architectures and support remediation of existing implementations accessing data warehouses and lakes.
