Maintain documentation and ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for stakeholders. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Active Secret clearance (required at time of application). Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on JIRA administration or dashboard management experience. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools. Familiarity with Python Experience supporting Agile software or data-focused teams. Strong skills in data interpretation, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting federal or mission-driven environments. We are seeking a skilled Data Manager/Visualization Specialist to support Agile program performance tracking and executive reporting for our federal client. This role will focus on transforming Agile metrics and operational data into actionable insights that drive decision-making for Coast Guard leadership. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage JIRA dashboards to track Agile team performance and program health.
