Standardize data retrieval steps for team-wide use, focusing on interaction outcomes, model performance, and member profiles. Create analytical notebooks for team use to address specific questions such as distribution, arbitration, and channel engagement analysis. Conduct initial analysis to support new model features, including establishing KPIs and monitoring approaches. Perform ongoing analysis and model performance monitoring, including changes to existing code and logic.Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in a data science role with a Master's degree. 1-2 years of strong coding experience. Proficiency in data processing environments and languages. Experience in customer data modeling and analysis.
