Exposure to data wrangling and preparation, including identifying useful data sources, evaluating quality, and assisting with data ingestion processes. Hands-on experience with data exploration and visualization, building intuitive dashboards and storytelling with data to support client servicing and business decision-making. Opportunity to apply statistical methods and analytics techniques, including trend analysis, forecasting, and introductory machine learning concepts. Participation in business requirements gathering, learning how to translate business questions into data analysis projects. Collaboration with stakeholders to support research on brand, cultural, and consumer trends across entertainment, sports, and digital media. Support in the testing, documentation, and adoption of CAA's internal data platforms and tools. Create and maintain production environments for enterprise-wide applications, including server and desktop specifications, client software packaging, server software installations, integrations, and customizations; submit Change Management forms for approval per IS procedure; schedule work with vendors; perform installations or upgrades, final testing and close monitoring after installation or upgrade. Resolve and respond to Help Desk tickets related to enterprise-wide applications, plus all other applications as needed; note trends; perform troubleshooting; perform problem management, including escalating to other teams and to vendors as needed. Keep current on patches and releases related to enterprise-wide applications; review release notes; track resolutions to existing software problems; recommend updates to install. Interface with vendors, industry peers, and professional associations to keep informed of existing and evolving industry standards and technologies. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS: Maintain a high level of knowledge in all enterprise-wide applications via release notes, documentation, vendor dialogue and training classes. Assist, teach and mentor Applications Analysts, Administrators, and Engineers on the team. Other related job duties, as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES): Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred. Experience: Minimum of ten years of extensive experience managing enterprise-wide applications and, preferably in a law firm. At least five years of related work experience with cloud data analytics platforms technologies. (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, etc.) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Solid project management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, and executing small to large-scale projects from the envisioning stage through implementation. Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of enterprise system integrations, such as: Multi-cloud integrations Data movement (ETL/ELT) Data architecture (Snowflake, MS Fabric) Data Preparation (Azure Data Factory) Data Consumption and Visualization (PowerBI) Infrastructure, server, operating systems, and network communications knowledge. Process-minded with a strict regard to details. Strong ability to install and maintain any enterprise-wide application, including servers, customizations and integrations, load balancing, disaster recover procedures. Knowledge of SQL server and SQL scripting. Extensive Knowledge of various Microsoft technologies including Azure AD, Azure AD Application Proxy, Power Bi, OneDrive, and Azure Virtual Desktop remote app streaming. Certification in Microsoft 365 Enterprise preferred. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The salary range for this position applies to Atlantic City, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Morristown, New York, Princeton, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $140,000 to $175,000. General Information:

This is the U.S. application for the Summer 2026 Data and Tech Internship Program. This program is a full-time, in-person opportunity. The application is intended for current university students with graduation dates between December 2026 - June 2027. Please only submit this application once per cycle.

About our Internship:

CAA's world class internship is an educational, hands-on and project-based experience. Interns will have the opportunity to network with agents and industry executives, develop personally and professionally through our in-house professional development courses and hear from Agents/Executives across the agency during our Speaker Series. The Summer 2026 Internship Program is an in-person, full-time opportunity from June 15th to August 7th. Overtime will not be permitted. All internships are paid employment opportunities. Interns are responsible for their own transportation and housing.

Eligibility for Internships:

  • Applicants must be able to work full-time at 40 hours per week in-person
  • Applicants should have a graduation date between December 2026 - June 2027

About Our Departments:

Data

CAA's Data Department is responsible for unlocking insights that drive opportunity and decision-making across the agency. The team brings together Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Management, and Data Engineering to provide actionable intelligence and predictive capabilities to agents, executives, and clients.

  • Exposure to data wrangling and preparation, including identifying useful data sources, evaluating quality, and assisting with data ingestion processes.
  • Hands-on experience with data exploration and visualization, building intuitive dashboards and storytelling with data to support client servicing and business decision-making.
  • Opportunity to apply statistical methods and analytics techniques, including trend analysis, forecasting, and introductory machine learning concepts.
  • Participation in business requirements gathering, learning how to translate business questions into data analysis projects.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to support research on brand, cultural, and consumer trends across entertainment, sports, and digital media.

The team spans Data, Business/Finance Systems, Information Security, and Product-driving efficiency, connectivity, and cutting-edge solutions across entertainment, sports, and media.

  • Exposure to enterprise technology systems and tools, including support for hardware, software, and cloud-based applications used across the agency.
  • Hands-on experience assisting with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Opportunity to contribute to projects involving network operations, application development, or automation tools that enhance business performance and data security.
  • Participation in technical documentation, system testing, and deployment planning to support CAA's digital ecosystem.

Compensation
