For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources, using spreadsheets and smart sheets, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Reporting: Run regular and ad-hoc reports, interpret the data, and present findings to managers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner. Problem Solving: Address and resolve challenges using data. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating findings andrecommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Independent Work: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision. Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and smart sheets. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
