Position Overview As a member of the data science team, you will work with client team strategists, media buyers, other data scientists, and client team leads to create solutions that shape the strategic direction of your client's marketing plans through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with other data scientists to build new utilities, improve methodologies, and explore a wide variety of datasets. Key Responsibilities Design and deploy practical data science solutions using rich person level and household level data, including online behavior, transaction history, media exposure, demographics, and financial attributes Apply advanced analytical techniques such as customer segmentation, clustering, and predictive modeling to translate client first party data and Omnicom Omni+ data assets into analytical frameworks that support planning, targeting, and measurement use cases. Position Overview

As a member of the data science team, you will work with client team strategists, media buyers, other data scientists, and client team leads to create solutions that shape the strategic direction of your client's marketing plans through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with other data scientists to build new utilities, improve methodologies, and explore a wide variety of datasets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy practical data science solutions using rich person level and household level data, including online behavior, transaction history, media exposure, demographics, and financial attributes
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques such as customer segmentation, clustering, and predictive modeling to translate client first party data and Omnicom Omni+ data assets into analytical frameworks that support planning, targeting, and measurement use cases.
  • Develop, evaluate, and maintain machine learning models including tree based methods such as XGBoost and random forests for audience definition and performance prediction
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to assess new data sources and model readiness
  • Manage projects end to end, from data acquisition and modeling through to validation, documentation, and stakeholder delivery, while operating with limited supervision
  • Represent data science capabilities and methodologies to internal teams and client partners in clear, business oriented terms
  • Work with very large data sets across cloud based compute and database environments, with an emphasis on scalability and reproducibility
  • Leverage modern clean room technologies to enable privacy safe modeling and data collaboration

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences or business/marketing related fields. Advanced quantitative degree is preferred
  • Proven expertise in SQL and Python; R is optional
  • Demonstrable experience in AWS computing environments much preferred
