Location: Atlanta Area & Philadelphia Area (Onsite, 40 hours per week) Contract Duration: 12 months+ possible extension Overview: Our client is one of the largest cloud infrastructure provider in the world and is rapidly growing their international data center infrastructure. We are looking for a Project Scheduler for their Jackson, MS campus who will develop integrated project schedules, coordinate and integrate project schedule input from project managers, and guide the baseline, update, and time impact processes throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires the ability to analyze subcontractor-developed construction schedules and ensure consistent development of construction schedules according to industry best practices. General Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring adherence to project specifications. • Provide project expertise in CPM scheduling techniques and use of Primavera. • Analyze subcontractor schedules, ensuring alignment with industry standards. • Perform Critical Path analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM). • Provide Quality Assurance for schedule analysis on ongoing claims. • Create scheduling scenarios to assist project teams. • Interpret schedule and cost reports, communicating findings to construction and scheduling teams. • Review drawings to determine project scope and contract terms for time extensions. • Establish a reporting cadence and approve detailed schedules from contractors and vendors. • Produce execution schedule reports, monitor project delivery updates, and ensure schedule KPI adherence. • Proficiently read MEP single line diagram drawings. • Ensure standardized format for all reports as agreed during project kickoff. • Communicate scheduling fundamentals to team members as needed. • Operate P6 software on both company and vendor-provided laptops. • Manage backfill responsibilities during vacation periods. Baseline Responsibilities: • Review and validate baseline schedules, providing detailed review comments. • Communicate with contractors regarding schedule-related matters and concerns. • Ensure logical sequencing and proper identification of work scope in baseline schedules. • Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm accurate scope, timeline, and durations. As-Built Responsibilities: • Maintain and validate the integrity of the as-built schedule. Weekly Responsibilities: • Validate the accuracy and credibility of contractor-performed schedule analysis. • Recommend improvements for schedule performance through various analytical methods. • Analyze schedule impacts due to changes or claims, including time-impact analysis. • Perform QA/QC reviews on program schedules weekly. • Update Program Schedules/Master Schedules weekly. • Evaluate and monitor contractor progress schedules, consulting on troubleshooting issues. • Lead and train project managers and project control specialists. • Review schedule-driven Change Orders and Time Impact/Claims from vendors. • Conduct site walks to verify contractor schedule progress, providing reports to upper management. • Perform schedule Time Impact Analysis for change orders, negotiating delay settlements. Basic Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on a Mission Critical project. • Mid to advanced proficiency in Primavera software. • PSP or PMI-SP certification preferred. • Pre-hire interview required. • Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) preferred for builds in South America. Proactively identify and remove blockers (e.g., data quality issues, environment constraints, crossteam dependencies). Coordinate production releases, ensuring alignment with change management and data governance gates. Data Pipeline & Quality Stewardship Champion best practices for data quality, lineage, and governance; automate validation checks and enforce CI/CD for SQL/dbt code. Collaborate with DBAs to schedule maintenance and upgrades without impacting delivery. Support monitoring of batch and streaming jobs; facilitate incident postmortems and rootcause analysis. Stakeholder & Dependency Management Serve as conduit between business analytics teams (Underwriting, Claims, Finance), Data Platform engineering, and external vendors. Represent the squad in ScrumofScrums and PI planning to synchronize dependencies with application, integration, and cloud teams. Reporting & Transparency Produce concise sprint and release dashboards for leadership, highlighting progress against OKRs, capacity, risks, and budget. Drive a data driven culture of inspection, adaptation, and celebration of wins. Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of IT delivery with 3+ as dedicated Scrum Master for data/analytics teams. Technical Background: Demonstrated expertise with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, SQL Server), ETL/ELT tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica), and BI tools (Power BI, Cognos). Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) Foundational Knowledge: Solid SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and pipeline orchestration. Tool Proficiency: Hands on experience configuring boards and dashboards in Azure DevOps or Jira. Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a data-focused environment. Exposure to SAFe, Kanban, and DataOps / DevSecOps pipelines. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices. Education/Training Requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent. Overview:

Our client is one of the largest cloud infrastructure provider in the world and is rapidly growing their international data center infrastructure. We are looking for a Project Scheduler for their Jackson, MS campus who will develop integrated project schedules, coordinate and integrate project schedule input from project managers, and guide the baseline, update, and time impact processes throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires the ability to analyze subcontractor-developed construction schedules and ensure consistent development of construction schedules according to industry best practices.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring adherence to project specifications.

• Provide project expertise in CPM scheduling techniques and use of Primavera.

• Analyze subcontractor schedules, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

• Perform Critical Path analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Provide Quality Assurance for schedule analysis on ongoing claims.

• Create scheduling scenarios to assist project teams.

• Interpret schedule and cost reports, communicating findings to construction and scheduling teams.

• Review drawings to determine project scope and contract terms for time extensions.

• Establish a reporting cadence and approve detailed schedules from contractors and vendors.

• Produce execution schedule reports, monitor project delivery updates, and ensure schedule KPI adherence.

• Proficiently read MEP single line diagram drawings.

• Ensure standardized format for all reports as agreed during project kickoff.

• Communicate scheduling fundamentals to team members as needed.

• Operate P6 software on both company and vendor-provided laptops.

• Manage backfill responsibilities during vacation periods.

Baseline Responsibilities:

• Review and validate baseline schedules, providing detailed review comments.

• Communicate with contractors regarding schedule-related matters and concerns.

• Ensure logical sequencing and proper identification of work scope in baseline schedules.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm accurate scope, timeline, and durations.

As-Built Responsibilities:

• Maintain and validate the integrity of the as-built schedule.

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Validate the accuracy and credibility of contractor-performed schedule analysis.

• Recommend improvements for schedule performance through various analytical methods.

• Analyze schedule impacts due to changes or claims, including time-impact analysis.

• Perform QA/QC reviews on program schedules weekly.

• Update Program Schedules/Master Schedules weekly.

• Evaluate and monitor contractor progress schedules, consulting on troubleshooting issues.

• Lead and train project managers and project control specialists.

• Review schedule-driven Change Orders and Time Impact/Claims from vendors.

• Conduct site walks to verify contractor schedule progress, providing reports to upper management.

• Perform schedule Time Impact Analysis for change orders, negotiating delay settlements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on a Mission Critical project.

• Mid to advanced proficiency in Primavera software.

• PSP or PMI-SP certification preferred.

• Pre-hire interview required.

• Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) preferred for builds in South America.
