As the Supervisor for Data Architecture & AI Enablement, you will design and build the data layer and reference architectures that power AI in our Business Applications solutions, helping lead a small team of data engineers/BI developers, and partner with application architects (D365, NetSuite, etc) to take use‑cases from discovery → pilot → production with the right governance and ops in place. Basic Qualifications 5+ years hands‑on data engineering/analytics (architecting and building ELT pipelines, models, and dashboards) with at least 2 years leading small technical teams/squads. Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric (or Azure Synapse/Databricks + Power BI) including Pipelines/Notebooks/Lakehouse, Power BI (DAX, Tabular modeling), and SQL. Experience operationalizing AI/analytics for ERP/CRM scenarios (preferably Dynamics 365 and/or NetSuite) and integrating with Power Platform. Strong understanding of data governance (catalog/lineage, quality, security, privacy) and AI governance checkpoints. The Ensemble Tech & Data Assistant Student Supervisor is a pivotal role designed to support Berklee faculty, staff, and students by overseeing technical and data-related operations for the Ensemble Rating Audition Application. This highly responsible position involves assisting with work-study schedules, providing technical assistance, and ensuring the smooth flow of data and administrative tasks. Work-Study Schedule Management Assist with work-study schedules to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency. Communicate updates and address scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally. 2. Technical and Data Support Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the Ensemble Rating Audition Application to ensure seamless performance during auditions. Support data-related tasks, including accurate data entry, database integration, and real-time validation. 3. Office Operations and Administrative Support Oversee daily office tasks, including resource organization, supply management, and maintaining a professional workspace. Respond to inquiries from faculty, staff, and students, providing timely and accurate information. 4. Flexibility with High-Volume Requests Manage high-priority and time-sensitive tasks with efficiency, particularly during peak periods such as audition weeks. As the Supervisor for Data Architecture & AI Enablement, you will design and build the data layer and reference architectures that power AI in our Business Applications solutions, helping lead a small team of data engineers/BI developers, and partner with application architects (D365, NetSuite, etc) to take use‑cases from discovery → pilot → production with the right governance and ops in place.Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands‑on data engineering/analytics (architecting and building ELT pipelines, models, and dashboards) with at least 2 years leading small technical teams/squads.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric (or Azure Synapse/Databricks + Power BI) including Pipelines/Notebooks/Lakehouse, Power BI (DAX, Tabular modeling), and SQL.

  • Experience operationalizing AI/analytics for ERP/CRM scenarios (preferably Dynamics 365 and/or NetSuite) and integrating with Power Platform.

  • Strong understanding of data governance (catalog/lineage, quality, security, privacy) and AI governance checkpoints.

  • Working knowledge of Git‑based CI/CD, Azure DevOps/GitHub, and DataOps practices for repeatable delivery.

  • Excellent communication skills to translate between app architects, data engineers, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing AI agents using Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and Declarative Agents.

  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Adaptive Cards, and Custom Connectors.

  • Familiarity with Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.

  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.

  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

  • Experience with Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and collaboration.

  • Working knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.

  • Ability to craft effective prompts and natural-language responses for AI agents.

  • Strong written communication skills for authoring clear tool instructions and system messages.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or NetSuite.

  • Experience translating business requirements into modular AI workflows and scalable solutions.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve AI pipelines.

  • Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional development environments.

  • Hands‑on with LLM/RAG patterns (vector indexes, prompt pipelines, evaluation/telemetry) and MLOps/LLMOps basics.

  • Experience building semantic models and governed self‑service analytics at scale.

  • Certifications: DP‑203 (Azure Data Engineer), DP‑500 / DP‑600 (Power BI/Fabric Analytics Engineer), AI‑102 (Azure AI Engineer) or equivalents aligned to our partner skilling tracks.

  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 data structures (Dataverse, CE/FO/BC) and/or NetSuite analytics (SuiteAnalytics).

Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
