Overview The Account Manager will be responsible for client-facing work for Personal Insurance clients, including communicating with assigned clients by phone and email, completing policy changes, and conducting policy and coverage reviews. This position serves our existing book of clients and focuses on retention. There are also opportunities in this role for experienced or motivated sales professionals to earn new business compensation for bringing in new clients. This position requires a high level of customer service and a working knowledge of Personal Insurance. All our merchandisers are on an as needed basis . *Please understand this, I'd hate to waste your time. PAYRATE VARIES BY CLIENT, NOT EXPERIENCE Who We're Looking For: A self-starter and quick learner who can work independently A person who has a strong work ethic Someone who is tech savvy with experience in taking photos, completing surveys and uploading to a platform Someone with excellent organizational skills Someone who is a strong & effective communicator with problem solving skills Someone with a flexible schedule A person who understands the importance of meeting the client's directives before the deadline Qualifications: Must have an Android -or- iPhone, internet access and know how to access Google from your phone Professional appearance and demeanor Planograms: 1 year- You must understand how to read and implement planograms. Merchandising: 1 year Resets: 1 year Speak and read English Must have access to a printer when needed Must have reliable transportation Valid, NON- expired Driver's License required Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles) Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, twisting, repetitive hand movements, extending arms upward and downward, walking and in some circumstances standing for long periods of time Lifting and/or transporting boxes up to 10 lbs. Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for client-facing work for Personal Insurance clients, including communicating with assigned clients by phone and email, completing policy changes, and conducting policy and coverage reviews. This position serves our existing book of clients and focuses on retention. There are also opportunities in this role for experienced or motivated sales professionals to earn new business compensation for bringing in new clients.
This position requires a high level of customer service and a working knowledge of Personal Insurance. It is critical to agency success, as personalized service helps foster relationships with clients to keep them with Liberty.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required. Some college or degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in the insurance industry and a P&C license preferred. If not licensed, the ability to pass the P&C exam within the first 6 months of hire is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior Customer Service experience preferred.
- A high degree of accuracy in typing skills is required.
- Prior data entry, account management system, Microsoft and Adobe experience preferred.
- A strong work ethic, time management skills and a positive attitude are needed for success.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
