Overview The Account Manager will be responsible for client-facing work for Personal Insurance clients, including communicating with assigned clients by phone and email, completing policy changes, and conducting policy and coverage reviews. Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for client-facing work for Personal Insurance clients, including communicating with assigned clients by phone and email, completing policy changes, and conducting policy and coverage reviews. This position serves our existing book of clients and focuses on retention. There are also opportunities in this role for experienced or motivated sales professionals to earn new business compensation for bringing in new clients. 

This position requires a high level of customer service and a working knowledge of Personal Insurance. It is critical to agency success, as personalized service helps foster relationships with clients to keep them with Liberty.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required. Some college or degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in the insurance industry and a P&C license preferred. If not licensed, the ability to pass the P&C exam within the first 6 months of hire is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior Customer Service experience preferred.
  • A high degree of accuracy in typing skills is required.
  • Prior data entry, account management system, Microsoft and Adobe experience preferred.
  • A strong work ethic, time management skills and a positive attitude are needed for success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
