Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience. · Handle front desk related tasks: o Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns. o Taking info calls and tours o Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information. · Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed. · Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club. About the Role:
Join AlphaGraphics in Mason, OH as a Front Counter/Customer Service representative where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers at the front counter with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Process customer orders and provide accurate estimates for print, signage and design services.

  • Monitor company email account and respond accordingly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front counter area to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle credit card transactions.

  • Monitor Invoca inbound lead tracking tool.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with print and design services is advantageous.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
