Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a high-volume client support role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first line of contact for veterans reaching out for assistance. This role requires managing a steady stream of incoming calls, updating and maintaining veteran information through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, coordinating appointment scheduling, and ensuring each veteran client has complete and accurate documentation. You will also maintain internal contact directories, support onsite guest needs, and act as a key liaison for both internal teams and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle and route a high volume of inbound calls
  • Update veteran interactions and progress in the Salesforce CRM with detailed notes
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for multiple team members
  • Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking skills while supporting various teams
  • Ensure documentation for each veteran client is complete and accurately maintained
  • Keep internal directories and contact records current
  • Serve as the central communication point for internal departments and external partners

Work Location: This is a full-time, onsite role located at 6991 E Camelback Rd Suite A-300

Work Hours: Monday- Friday 9:30am- 6:00pm

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Confident and professional phone communication skills

  • Average or above-average typing speed and accuracy
