Previous experience in customer service or a related field (phone support experience preferred). Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and the ability to maintain detailed customer records. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
