Job Description

You will be part of the Swiss Miss food manufacturing legacy in Menomonie. Under the direction of the Department Manager, the Production Supervisor in Menomonie, WI will oversee production and maintenance activities to support the plant's strategic goals focused on Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. You will lead training and capability development to build a maintenance and operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES WITHIN THE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT:

  • Support Manufacturing Excellence programs, collaborating with Safety, Quality, Operations and other departments to improve plant Indicators
  • Work with a multi-discipline team to identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
  • Monitor and report on goals related to operations activities.
  • Enhance present preventive maintenance programs to a system of predictive maintenance.
  • Enforce company procedures regarding Safety, Quality/GMPs and Employee Conduct; maintain a work environment that promotes teamwork.
