What You Will Do Working on-site (Glendale, WI) under the supervision of the Executive Planning and Administration Lead, the Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks for the Clarios US and Canada Executive Leadership Team, currently a team of ten members. The incumbent will be required to take direction and work intuitively to support the US and Canada ELT. How You Will Do It Prepare expense reports for assigned ELT members in compliance with company policies. Process and track PO's and invoices for the ELT. Manage and coordinate complex calendars for ELT members effectively, ensuring optimal use of their time and minimizing scheduling conflicts. Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, car rentals, and catering for assigned US and Canada ELT members in compliance with company policies. Assist with meeting setup and audio-visual equipment as needed. Assist in managing the ELT team calendar. Order office supplies as needed. Operate office equipment such as computers and copiers to complete department tasks. Support Clarios' Facilities team, when needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We Look For Required High School diploma, or equivalent. Associate degree is a plus. Minimum of two (2) years administrative support or service experience preferred. This role is required to work on-site Monday- Thursday, in our World Headquarter location (Glendale, WI). Fridays will primarily be remote (work from home). There may be occasional dates that will require working out of the office on Fridays. Our core working hours are 8am- 5pm Central Time. Peer review and approval of documentation for compliance with SOPs and written specifications. Interpret, report, and review test results from contract laboratories. Report final test results in the computerized Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Operate several types of computerized data handling systems. Job Description

What You Will Do

Working on-site (Glendale, WI) under the supervision of the Executive Planning and Administration Lead, the Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks for the Clarios US and Canada Executive Leadership Team, currently a team of ten members. The incumbent will be required to take direction and work intuitively to support the US and Canada ELT.

How You Will Do It

  • Prepare expense reports for assigned ELT members in compliance with company policies.
  • Process and track PO's and invoices for the ELT.
  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars for ELT members effectively, ensuring optimal use of their time and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, car rentals, and catering for assigned US and Canada ELT members in compliance with company policies. Assist with meeting setup and audio-visual equipment as needed.
  • Assist in managing the ELT team calendar.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
  • Operate office equipment such as computers and copiers to complete department tasks.
  • Support Clarios' Facilities team, when needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We Look For

Required

  • High School diploma, or equivalent. Associate degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of two (2) years administrative support or service experience preferred.
  • This role is required to work on-site Monday- Thursday, in our World Headquarter location (Glendale, WI). Fridays will primarily be remote (work from home). There may be occasional dates that will require working out of the office on Fridays.
  • Our core working hours are 8am- 5pm Central Time. On occasion, this role may require you to be available outside of these core hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization, and vendors.
  • Attention to detail to manage complex schedules with precision.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information ethically and responsibly.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with initiative who is also able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
