What You'll Be Brewing: Most importantly, you will lead a team of 5 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations Lead the frontline and staff organizations operating in a diverse production facility in all aspects of production of hops Develop and implement facility operating strategies designed to safely control costs and improve quality levels in the hops production facility. Grow and maintain an operating culture centered on the Molson Coors World Class Supply Chain. Develop long term strategies for the business that are aligned with Molson Coors strategic objectives. Integrate this direction into short term business plans Operate and maintain the facility in a manner that meets or exceeds all company and regulatory safety, environmental and certification requirements. Identify and leverage global sales opportunities for $18M-22M Min gross sales through the development and execution of procurement and sales. You will have working knowledge of the company's quality assurance program, HACCP/GMP, FSSC 2200, ISO 9001 systems and programs, and new product development protocol.
