Sales Generation and Guest Service Perform quality alterations on merchandise at store location Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specifications Accommodate Guests with on the spot alterations when requested by Store Leaders Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for merchandise alterations Operations Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs. Use Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies to perform alterations. Measure and mark alteration lines. Pin altering folds or mark on cloth at seam to indicate alterations in progress. Flexible with hours as they may fluctuate seasonally based upon business need. Open-minded for review on the amount of work that needs to be re-done. Communicate any policy violations to Store Manager, District Manager, and/or Human Resources in a timely, confidential manner. Your Role:

The Distribution Supervisor- 1st shift at our Milwaukee, WI site supervises operations associates in a half million square foot Distribution Center, which includes establishing performance standards, monitoring employee performance, and engaging employees in the business. Job duties include:

  • Shift: Monday- Friday, 9:00am- 6:00pm
  • This is a salaried role and start/end times may vary.
  • Responsible for adherence with all company operating procedures and government regulations (ISO, GMP, OSHA, DEA, DOT, CFR, IATA, IMO, etc.)
  • Actively engage teams in business-related metrics centered around safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Leads, initiates, promotes, and actively participates in process improvement initiatives and cross functional teams resulting in safety, quality, productivity, and cost saving improvements
  • Coordinates with Sales & Marketing, Packaging Engineering, Procurement, Production, Packaging, Distribution, Compliance, and Carriers and Freight Forwarders to resolve storage, packaging, shipping, and customers concerns
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Attributes:

  • May sit, stand, walk, reach above the shoulder, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, or crawl for long periods of time and/or stay on feet for eight plus hours
  • May occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds unassisted and more than 60 pounds assisted

Who you are:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

OR

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of leadership experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a chemical manufacturing or distribution center setting

Pay Range for this position: $78,500-$118,300/yearly

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
