  • Provide support for maintenance crew upon request. This may include performing routine building maintenance tasks, relocating appliances or aiding in the refurbishment of vacant units.
  • Snow removal (when needed)
  • Maintaining pet waste stations and cleanliness of grounds
  • Pest control applications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience related to the responsibilities above
  • General knowledge of daily maintenance and groundskeeping
  • Ability to safely operate equipment
