Assists with the layout inspection for First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), tooling verification, set up verification and in-process inspections. Assist with the administration of the calibration system. This includes keeping calibration cycles up to date for gages/fixtures that are calibrated internally and externally. Maintain the integrity of the Harrington Quality Management System (HQMS), including the ISO compliance structure, ensuring proper documentation processes, and audit effectiveness. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. You Have: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and at least one year related experience working in Quality in an ISO/TS/QS manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Under direction from the Quality Manager, tests and inspects products either supplied or at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical or trend data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.

You Will:

  • Receives, inspects and dispositions customer returned material. Ensures the material is appropriately identified and records the disposition/status per the Quality Management System software.

  • within limits of equipment capability.
  • Assists with the layout inspection for First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), tooling verification, set up verification and in-process inspections.
  • Assist with the administration of the calibration system. This includes keeping calibration cycles up to date for gages/fixtures that are calibrated internally and externally.
  • Maintain the integrity of the Harrington Quality Management System (HQMS), including the ISO compliance structure, ensuring proper documentation processes, and audit effectiveness.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

You Have:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and at least one year related experience working in Quality in an ISO/TS/QS manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is needed; HQMS is a plus.
