We're looking for a strategic and visionary Global Web Strategy Lead to shape the future of our digital presence across markets. You'll lead the evolution of our web ecosystem in a rapidly changing digital landscape, including the integration of AI-driven experiences and optimization for emerging technologies like Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Large Language Models (LLMs). What You'll Do:

  • Define and lead the global web strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and brand standards
  • Establish governance frameworks for content, UX, SEO, analytics, and localization across regions
  • Partner with regional and functional teams to balance global consistency with local relevance
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design and IT to drive integrated solutions that support business goals and elevate user experience
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance web capabilities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, web management, or related fields
  • Proven success leading global web initiatives across multiple markets
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress, etc.)
  • Expertise in SEO, analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics), UX, and accessibility standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in matrixed organizations or global enterprises preferred
  • Familiarity with localization workflows and multilingual content strategies
  • Experience with e-commerce or lead generation websites
  • Bachelor Degree required
