Our Creative web team is seeking an incredibly imaginative Senior Web Designer to join our in-house team to focus specifically on building interactive and engaging digital experiences for our global events. You will help build the next chapters of NVIDIA GTC, our flagship conference, along with our enterprise and consumer event campaigns and announcements, working closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Account Program Managers. What you'll be doing:

• Leading the design strategy for high-stakes event web campaigns, ensuring a seamless digital attendee journey for global conferences and developer forums.

• Conceptualizing and designing forward-thinking event digital experiences, including interactive session catalogs, registration and multi-step user flows, personalized recommendations, live-stream landing pages, onsite digital signage displaying real-time content, and mobile app experiences.

• Translating complex event-specific themes into cohesive web layouts while maintaining meticulous attention to the core brand identity and established design systems.

• Creating conceptual wireframes and site maps that simplify complex event registration flows and interactive agendas for a global audience.

• Delivering pixel-perfect, high-fidelity design comps and providing clear technical specs to developers to ensure the integrity of the design during the build phase.

• Navigating the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of live event cycles by handling creative production across multiple concurrent digital tracks and deadlines.

• Driving the creation of a wide range of digital assets including email templates, promotional graphics, and web banners that improve event registration and engagement.

What we need to see:

• BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design, or similar degree, or equivalent experience in creative field.

• 5+ years of shown experience working with established brands, building web design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Mastery of user experience design principles, design systems, and modern web design techniques.

• Expertise in web design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Proficiency in AI Tools such as Gemini, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Cursor, FireFly, and CoPilot, to enhance design workflows and production speed.

• Design-level familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the technical constraints of modern web browsers.

• Expert understanding of branding principles and how they apply to large, global technology companies.

• Experience tracking work in project management and enterprise content management tools such as Workfront.

• A love for technology and a passion for understanding hi-tech products from the inside out.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Proven ability to seek out and evangelize the latest creative UX design trends while adopting the fast-paced change of physical event cycles.

• Experience designing for major virtual or hybrid event platforms (such as RainFocus, Eventbase, Amego, or similar) and understanding their technical constraints. Experience designing for CMS- or platform-driven environments

• Advanced integration of generative AI tools into your design workflows to increase process efficiency for high-volume asset production.

• Self-motivated, independent, and committed to delivering high-quality work in an autonomous environment. Tight-knit collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to balance creative concepts with technical and platform constraints. Bonus points for hands-on skills in illustration, 3D design, motion graphics, or video production.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 3, and 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
