Your next role as a Miracle Maker 


Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Marketing team as a E-Commerce Web Developer. As an E-Commerce Web Developer you will be responsible for supporting our Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform, custom-built web tools, and platform integrations with a focus on Django-based applications that support our biotech operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.


How you will make an impact: 




  • Collaborate on new features and add capabilities within the scope of the Adobe Commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and development best practices.

  • support the team on Django-based applications for internal operations and integrations

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate e-commerce and custom tools with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Salesforce.

  • Troubleshoot, refine, and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

  • Maintain clear documentation and follow best coding practices for sustainability.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Perform other functions and duties as required.


 The skills and experience that you will bring: 



  • 5+ years of full stack development experience, with a strong focus on Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Django.

  • Proficiency in Python, Django, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, NGINX, MySQL

  • Experience with Magento 2 development, including custom module creation, theme development, and RESTful API integrations.

  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization, security best practices, and scalability.

  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate effectively and translate business needs into functional system outcomes

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience integrating with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) and Salesforce.

    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

    • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.




The anticipated salary range for this position is $1104,500 - $125,000.  In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package.  The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
